The Appeals Court DENIES my request for rehearing en banc (by all the judges).
      I was showing that the "opinion" by the supposed three judge panel had so many erroneous statements about what went on in the district court that it could not have been the product of "three independent judicial determinations". (i.e. by a single clerk)
 
      Also that "The Panel's Opinion is devoid of Constitutional considerations"
